Summary

Thanks to a double graduate IT / Business and a 7-year experience of link between users and IT on ERP environnement (AS400, SAP), I have acquired strong technical and functional knowledge. I can hold as a Business Intelligence consultant / developer participating to all steps of a BI project (understand needs, write specifications, develop and help users for tests...) with wide business skills.

Actions done:
  • Analyse process and organisations in subsidiaries;
  • Business trip in subsidiaries : understand needs, set up ERP feature. Administrate and customize an ERP. Maintain data consistency (databases updates);
  • Warrant the optimal use of systems: training and functional support to users (sale, shipment, invoicing, inventory, production, purchase);
  • Link between users and IT: understand bugs and upgrade needs, cure / upgrade systems correspondingly to requirements (rephrasing needs, validation of specifications, tests). Animation du réseau (déplacements en filiales, déploiements de fonctionnalités, formations des utilisateurs, recueil de besoins). Paramétrage.
